Spring Fling Registration Form
EGMHA is proud to be hosting its 10th Annual EG Spring Fling from March 29th to April 1st. This tournament is an OMHA sanctioned event and will be an A level tournament for 2012. We will be hosting the following divisions: Tyke Select, Novice, Minor Atom, Atom, Minor Peewee, Peewee, Minor Bantam and Bantam.
Book now, as there are limited spaces available. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Games may start as early as 9:00am depending on how many teams are entered. If there is an overwhelming response to the tournament this year the EGMHA Spring Fling may need to have some games played on Thursday night. These games will be given to teams that are closer to EG.
- FEE: $900.00
- Periods 10,10,15
- 3 Games guaranteed
- Trophies/Medals for Champions & Finalists
- Game MVP’s for all games played
- Participant gifts
Only rostered coaching staff will be allowed on the bench. All applications must include a copy of the teams OMHA Approved Team Roster. Note any AP players must be included on the Approved Team Roster. All teams must submit permission to participate form or Travel Permit from their home center. No roster substitutions will be allowed. Player must play in at least one round robin game to be eligible to play in the championship game.

- A cheque or money order (do not send cash)
- Travel permit or permission to attend from your home centre
